PeopleStack AU is sole founder people technology company, supporting businesses with practical people operations and HR tech implementation.

• Assigned to Health Partners for 6 months as a fractional resource to help realise the ROI of Employment Hero, including rolling out Time & Attendance, launching integrations, using Forms and Workflows, deploying the Recruitment module, and implementing other automation tools across the organisation. Assignment included system configuration and optimisation, project delivery and rollout across a 400 headcount, multi site and multi award business.

Product Manager, Employment Hero

Product Manager supporting new product development and go-to-market delivery, including the HeroForce launch to AU, UK and NZ customers.

• Led discovery and delivery for HeroForce launch readiness across regions; partnered with Engineering, Design, Sales and Product to shape scope and execution

• Promoted to Manager, People Partnering to lead people partnering in the southern hemisphere of EH covering APAC with an increased headcount of 1,700
• Introduced a new People Partnering approach/design focussed on driving leadership effectiveness, hired and developed 2 People Partner’s and a People Advisor focussed on GTM and CX portfolios, managing a ratio of 427:1
• Whilst leading a lean team, remained the core People Partner for the Product & Engineering org with over 500 resources based in APAC
• As a team, implemented new services to the organisation such as our Partnering & Advisory Portal and AI agent, trained on our internal knowledge base for improved digital intervention and assistance to our leadership group to obtain best practice information
